If you regularly read online news in English and are familiar with the term “clickbait,” we would like to invite you to take part in a study on perceptions of news headlines. If you are interested and agree to participate, you would be asked to take part in a face-to-face interview and a news headline ranking exercise on the University of Western Ontario campus. Your participation would involve one session lasting approximately 60 minutes.
