Be Techno-Curious: Join Us for The Curious Times of Conversational AI Poster Session

*”In a world that sometimes divides people into technophiles and technophobes, we invite you to choose a third path: the techno-curious.

On April 7, 2026 (9:30–12:30) in the FNB Atrium, students will present posters for “The Curious Times of CONVERSATIONAL AI: Human Ingenuity & Technological Wonders.” The session explores how conversational AI is evolving—and how humans remain central to creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.

Whether you study media, information, computer science, or simply enjoy a good intellectual rabbit hole, this is a chance to:

  • See how students are thinking about AI today
  • Ask questions and share perspectives
  • Meet curious minds from across campus (including many from FIMS)

Light refreshments will be available—because curiosity runs better with snacks.

Before you arrive, here’s a small challenge:

Puzzle:
Hidden somewhere in the poster artwork is a tiny binary message:

01001000 01101001

If you decode it using ASCII, what greeting does it spell? We’ll reveal the answer at the session.

We hope you’ll stop by, look closely, ask questions—and perhaps leave a little more techno-curious than when you arrived.

See you in the Atrium,
